Return/Shipping Policies
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, I’m here to help! I offer free returns or exchanges for any product that arrives to you damaged. You can return your product for store credit or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
- All Items are One of a Kind and may vary. Small Variations do not count as damage.
- Customized items cannot be returned nor exchanged as they are made to your specifications.
- This does not include Lost or Stolen Items. (See additional below)
How do you request a refund or exchange?

Who covers Shipping?
I will cover shipping cost. Once your return has been accepted, I will provide you with a shipping label, No worries!
When can you expect your refund?
You can expect to receive your refund within 10 business days after your return has been shipped.
When will my items ship?
Items will ship within 7 days of order.
Custom items- This will be discussed as I will be handmaking your items. I will provide time frame to make-ship during the consultation.
Returned Packages
If your order was shipped & returned to me for any reason, you will be responsible for any cost incurred to reship. This will need to be paid before items are reshipped.
Lost/Stolen Packages
StarSeed Sublime not responsible for any packages lost during shipping. Please refer to your tracking information to confirm package status. If tracking shows that your package was delivered, please contact your local post office for further assistance. They will be able to provide more information on your package than I would at that point. StarSeed Sublime is also not responsible for any product stolen once delivered.
